About Story of AGETI...
The AGETI France Group is the result of a
human adventure which started 10 years ago…
One fine day Gérard Courtail, at that time a
successful sales representative for a large pharmaceutical
group, fell in love with a small sweet which went by
the agreeable name of “Rendez-vous” and which would
completely change the course of his professional life.
With his little sweet in hand, Gérard went knocking
at “la Pharmacie Provençale”, the largest pharmacy
in Marseille (France). A connection was immediately
established between this sales representative, with his
wide experience in the fi eld, and pharmacy professional
Lionel Prechner.
It was their combination of friendship and collaboration
that would give rise to the group AGETI France.
Since then the AGETI France Group has become one
of the major pharmaceutical distributors, working with
the likes of Canderel, Chicco, and many others…
Four years ago the AGETI France Group, seeking
to widen its possibilities and take full advantage
of its network of 33 sales representatives and 9000
pharmacists, decided to set up an “Idea Committee” in
order to develop a line of innovative products. AGETI
France has established its headquarters in Marseille
(France), investing in facilities with 600 m2 of storage
and 200 m2 of offices.
As a result, the AGETI France Group collaborates
with a team of researchers and doctors, each more experienced and skilled than the next. Th e goal of the
AGETI France Group is to become an indispensable
player in the pharmaceutical market. To achieve this,
a year ago the team added Gabriel Ruben to its ranks.
Th is valuable new collaborator heads the International
Division, whose ambition is to make the AGETI
France Group a strong brand name as recognised
internationally as it is in France.
